Ask the broker which of the agents in the office are the best agents in the company. Have a personal interview with each of the agents. Be sure and get personal references from each agent you interview.

By starting with the company and asking the person in charge of the office you will in effect tap the knowledge of the person who is responsible for the performance of the office. These people work with every real estate agent in the house. They have had the opportunity to observe close hand the work habits of every agent on the payroll.
