So you're looking for a real estate agent and you've decided to sell your home. Here's a tip for you.

You know by now to interview at least three different real estate agents from three different companies before making your decision. Take this into your decision. Try to choose a real estate agent who is accustomed to selling houses in your price range. Chances are they'll know your market better. Also, some agents become accustomed to selling much more expensive properties and they will not give a 100% effort to your sale.

Likewise an agent who has worked mostly in a much lower range of the market is not as likely to know how to handle a sale as big as yours.
